Night Shift Production Support in Place: Forging Orders Delivered on Schedule
Recently, downstream customer orders have been concentrated, leading to tight production capacity. Qingliang Mould has temporarily introduced two-shift night shift operations. To ensure night shift employees can work with peace of mind, the company has implemented comprehensive logistics support measures, ensuring smooth night shift production and no delays in any order delivery.

The forging workshop involves high-intensity physical labor, and night shifts are particularly demanding on employees' stamina, making logistics support critical to maintaining work efficiency. During this night shift production period, the company has optimized its support measures in a targeted manner:
The canteen adjusted its schedule to provide hot night meals for night shift employees at midnight daily, with a rotating menu including steamed buns, noodles, eggs, and congee to ensure adequate nutrition;
The workshop rest rooms were upgraded with new folding beds and bedding, providing a comfortable space for employees to rest during breaks;
Clear safety operation regulations were established, prioritizing safety during night shifts, prohibiting fatigue work, and strictly forbidding rushing production at the expense of safety.

Night shift employees maintained high morale, working diligently without complaints even during late shifts, with production quality remaining consistently high. During handovers between night and day shifts, detailed information such as production progress, equipment status, and remaining billets is clearly communicated, ensuring no issues are passed to the next shift. Day shift teams also complete preparatory work in advance, including billet cutting and tool setup, so night shift employees can start work immediately upon arrival.
Thanks to efficient logistics support and team collaboration, night shift production remained well-organized, with all orders delivered on schedule as agreed, earning positive feedback from customers.
