Quality Inspection Covers the Entire Forging Process
The stable quality of forged products never relies on a single final inspection before delivery. Instead, it must run through the entire forging process from raw material incoming to finished product delivery. Any oversight in the control of any link may affect product quality, which is why full-process quality inspection has become the top priority in forging production management.

The quality inspection personnel at Qingliang Mould have a thorough and in-depth understanding of the relevant standards, industry specifications of the forging industry, as well as customer technical requirements. We have established an inspection and control system covering the entire forging process, from raw material incoming verification, blank cutting inspection, sampling inspection during forging and forming, to machining process inspection and final delivery inspection of finished products. Each link has clear inspection standards and operating procedures, and no detail that may affect product quality is overlooked.

In daily work, they do not limit themselves to passive inspection work. Instead, they maintain real-time communication with all positions throughout the forging process, timely feed back the problems found in the inspection to the corresponding positions, work with the on-site personnel to analyze the root causes of the problems, and assist in adjusting the operation methods to avoid the recurrence of similar problems in the production process. At the same time, the personnel continuously follow up on the new standards, specifications and inspection methods in the forging industry, optimize the control process based on the characteristics of the company's forged products, grow together with the company's forging business, and lay a solid foundation for the stable quality of the company's forged products through standardized full-process management and control.
