Precision Forming of Forgings Completed by Machining
The hot forging forming process only completes the production of the basic blank of a forging. To meet the customer's requirements for application dimensions and surface precision, the forging must undergo precision machining treatment — this is also a critical link in the entire forging process that determines the final delivery quality of finished products.

The machining personnel at Qingliang Mould all have years of hands-on experience in precision mechanical machining. They are proficient in operating lathes, milling machines and various other machining equipment, and have a thorough understanding of the machining characteristics of forgings made of different materials. For forgings with different structures and precision requirements, they can develop a matching machining process solution and strictly control the machining dimensional deviation. Even for special-shaped forgings with complex structures, they can stably meet the precision standards specified in the drawings through reasonable process sequencing.

In daily operations, they coordinate in advance with the forging operators and quality inspection team to understand the forming characteristics and process requirements of the forgings, optimize the machining process, and reduce unnecessary process adjustments. They also timely feed back problems found in the forging blanks during machining to the relevant positions, to assist in optimizing the forging process. At the same time, the personnel continuously learn new CNC machining technologies and operation methods of multi-axis equipment, hone their skills in line with the upgrading of precision requirements in the forging industry, grow together with the company's forging business, and provide stable technical support for the finished product delivery of the company's forged products.
