Multi-position Collaborative Coordination Safeguards the Smooth Progress of Forging Production
Forging production is never a task that can be accomplished by a single position or individual. From raw material incoming to finished product delivery, it involves more than a dozen processes including blanking, forging, machining, welding, and inspection. Only through mutual cooperation and seamless connection among all positions can the entire forging process run smoothly — this is the core logic of production management in the forging industry.

At Qingliang Mould, we have established a regular position linkage mechanism covering the entire forging production process. We have clearly defined the connection points, communication methods, and responsibility division of each process, ensuring that the handover between upstream and downstream positions follows standardized procedures. In daily production, after the blanking position completes the cutting of the billet, it synchronizes the billet specifications and delivery time to the forging position; once the forging is formed, the machining and non-destructive testing positions prepare in advance for the subsequent processes, eliminating delays in process connection. When encountering technical challenges in production, personnel from relevant positions hold joint discussions, propose solutions based on their respective on-site experience, and work together to resolve issues.

Personnel in each position also take the initiative to communicate daily, understanding the needs and challenges of upstream and downstream processes, and proactively adjusting their work methods to align with the overall production rhythm. This has fostered a collaborative work atmosphere of mutual support and backup. It is this full-position linkage and cooperation that steadily improves the company's forging production efficiency, enables flexible adaptation to the production requirements of different orders, and provides solid team support for the steady development of the company's forging business.
