Standardized and Optimized Forging Processes, Stable and Refined Production Flow
The process stability of die forging directly determines the forming quality and production efficiency of products. Recently, Qingliang Mould has completed the optimization and adjustment of standardized process operations for the entire die forging workflow, further standardizing the operating procedures of each link.

As those in the die forging industry know, different operators may produce inconsistent results even for the same process due to varying operating techniques. Previously, non-uniform operational details led to repeated adjustments in subsequent die machining. For this optimization, the enterprise organized experienced employees and technical personnel from all positions to develop unified work instruction documents for every stage of die forging — from blanking, heating, forging, to subsequent heat treatment and preliminary machining — based on actual production conditions. These documents define the control ranges of key parameters and operational steps, with practical content tailored to the factory’s equipment and products rather than generic textbook standards.

In daily production, the enterprise also organizes practical training sessions where staff follow the standards, with experienced employees sharing operational know-how to help new team members get up to speed quickly. Since implementation, the process stability of die forging has improved significantly, product consistency is excellent, rework and adjustments in subsequent processes have been greatly reduced, and the rhythm of the entire production flow has become stable.
