High-Temperature Operations in the Forging Workshop: Staff Dedication on the Production Line
The high-temperature working environment in forging enterprises presents a significant test of physical strength and endurance for on-site personnel. As temperatures continue to rise recently, employees in forging, heating and other positions at Qingliang Mould remain dedicated on the production line, ensuring the smooth progress of forging orders.

Heating furnaces and forging presses in the workshop operate at high temperatures year-round. Even on mild days, the temperature inside the workshop is notably higher than outdoors, and working conditions become even more challenging during hot weather. Standing by the furnaces, the forgers work with their work clothes repeatedly soaked with sweat; sweat and oil mix on their faces, yet they remain focused on controlling the forging rhythm and adjusting the position of steel billets to ensure the forming quality of each forging.
To safeguard employees' work safety, the enterprise has implemented multiple support measures: installing ventilation equipment in the workshop, adjusting work shifts to avoid daily temperature peaks, and preparing cool drinks and heatstroke prevention medicines, ensuring employees receive proper rest and care during high-intensity operations.

On-site employees also support each other, taking turns working during peak heat periods. When an employee needs to leave temporarily, colleagues step in to cover their duties, ensuring production schedules are not disrupted. Many employees say they have long adapted to the high-temperature environment in the workshop, and with orders awaiting delivery, everyone perseveres. It is the dedication of these on-site staff that keeps the enterprise's forging production running smoothly even in hot weather, with no impact on order delivery.
