Forging Enterprise Teams Collaborate for Orderly Production Processes
In the forging production workflow, the handover efficiency between each process directly affects the overall production schedule. Previously, some orders experienced delays in material handover due to untimely communication between processes. To address this, the enterprise's production department took the lead in organizing a coordination meeting with the person in charge of each team, clarified the time nodes for daily production handover, and established a real-time communication mechanism between teams. For example, after the blanking team completes blank cutting, it will synchronize the information to the forging team immediately. If any issues with blank specifications are encountered during the forging process, the adjustment plan will be fed back in a timely manner to avoid rework in subsequent processes.

Team members also take the initiative to cooperate during production, adjusting their operation rhythm according to the order production plan. For instance, the machining team follows up on the forming progress of forgings and reserves machining stations in advance; the electrical maintenance and forklift teams have also adjusted the rhythm of their routine inspection and material allocation to ensure stable equipment operation and material supply. Through proactive communication and cooperation between teams, the process handover efficiency of recent orders has been significantly improved, and the production rhythm has become stable and consistent.

In the production organization of the forging industry, no single process is isolated. Only when all links cooperate smoothly can order production be carried out stably and efficiently.
