Improved Full-Cycle Equipment Maintenance Mechanism, Stable and Reliable Production Operations

Various production equipment in the forging workshop is the foundation for smooth daily operations. The stable operation of equipment directly affects the progress and quality of forging production. Recently, Qingliang Mould has further improved the full-cycle maintenance mechanism for equipment in the forging workshop, shifting from "repairing after breakdown" to "preventing in advance", significantly reducing equipment downtime due to failures.

As those in the forging industry know, large equipment such as forging presses, heating furnaces and processing machines in the workshop operate continuously in high-temperature, high-load environments. Just as people get tired from high-intensity work, equipment also requires regular "health checks". Previously, the factory's equipment maintenance was not systematic; repairs were only carried out after failures occurred. Sometimes, a single broken forging press would halt the entire production line, delaying order deliveries. With the improved maintenance mechanism, electricians and equipment maintenance teams have worked together to create "health records" for each piece of equipment, detailing procurement dates, daily inspections, maintenance logs and repair history. At the same time, a tiered maintenance plan has been formulated: before daily startup, operators check key parts of the equipment; weekly, maintenance personnel conduct a systematic inspection, including lubricating gears and checking for aging wiring; monthly, in-depth maintenance is performed to identify potential issues.

In case of sudden equipment failures, maintenance personnel commit to arriving on-site within 30 minutes. Simple faults are resolved the same day, and for complex faults, backup equipment is coordinated to maintain production. Now, major equipment failures in the workshop are rare, and minor issues are addressed promptly. Forging production no longer gets "stuck" due to equipment failures, and overall production stability has been significantly improved.
